While Sleepbar® works with all pillows, for the best experience we recommend;
Hollow fiber, feather filled, or a thin memory foam pillows.

Denser pillows such as gel or latex could lead to reduced volume or muffled sound.

If you do not need access to our sleep sounds or exercises you can simply use the Dusker Audio App to customise the sound quality to your pillow.. then uninstall the app.
The Sleepbar will save these settings forever, so you do not need to use it again.

The shutdown timer is available by double tapping the power button, so does not require the app.

You’ll need an apple device with IOS 16 or above (IPhone 6s or newer), or an Android Devices Running 10 and above (see this list)

By double tapping the power button you can activate a 30, 60 or 90 minute shutdown timer. This saves battery, and also means your device isnt left playing if you fall asleep.

You can also control the timer from the Dusker Audio App, where you have the freedom to set specific time options from 1 minute.. through to an entire night.

Sleepbar® is still audible when sleeping on your back, however the device is intended for side sleeping.

But based on all current research, using Bluetooth devices poses no health risks. In fact, Bluetooth devices even emit less EMF than cell phones, which most people would agree are 100% safe.

We hear a lot of people asking this question - but are yet to find a single customer reporting that their device is even a little bit warm!
