Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to return your item and we'll issue a full refund to you. This does not include the shipping paid as this can't be restocked.
Please note that Dusker currently does not offer prepaid returns labels on International Orders. 

If you think your device is faulty and would just like a replacement then just get in touch so we can run a few quick tests with you.

If a fault is found, we'll send out a replacement device at no extra cost.
